Swedwood’s Supply Chain organisation objective is to maximise the overall value generated. Our central aim in brief is to ensure the right products in the right quantities (at the right place) at the right moment at minimal cost, translated into the interrelated issues of customer satisfaction and right quality. Focus areas are procurement and inventory management, control, transparency, continuous measuring and monitoring of performance and, distribution and flexibility. It is our responsibility to make certain materials co-ordination and the availability of relevant IT support systems within the Swedwood Group.
