Every year, new IKEA stores open and existing ones expand. This means continued expansion for Swedwood even if its share of the supply is limited.

Since it was formed, Swedwood has started up one to three new facilities every year and we will continue to grow rapidly in the coming years.

Swedwood’s experience in wood processing and furniture manufacture provides an excellent platform for favourable development in the locations and countries where we are setting up business. Swedwood offers long-term investment linked to professional employee training programmes. Swedwood’s units provide significant export income for the countries in which they operate.

We also make demands on our business partners, be they companies or authorities. We must secure our resources, particularly for our raw material requirements. We are therefore keen on serious and stable long-term business agreements on which we can base our future growth.
